These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the IELTSCore app and website. By using IELTSCore, you agree to these Terms.

The service

IELTSCore provides tools to help you practice for the IELTS exam, manage study materials, recognize questions from images with AI, and view reports. Features may change over time.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs under it. Provide accurate information when signing in or verifying your email.

Acceptable use

  • Use IELTSCore only for lawful personal study purposes
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service or its infrastructure
  • Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, or content that is illegal, harmful, or infringing
  • Do not use the service to spam, harass, or violate others’ rights

Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload (such as images and study materials). You grant IELTSCore a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely as needed to provide the service (including AI recognition features you request).

AI features

AI-generated or AI-assisted results (including question recognition) may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on them as official exam materials or as a substitute for your own review.

No warranty

IELTSCore is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IELTSCore and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to IELTSCore (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using IELTSCore at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the service or other users.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
